A platform for critical discourse and the sharing of ideas, CONVERSATIONS brings together thinkers from across the creative spectrum. The aim is to address the future of diverse art forms and their relationship to interdisciplinary practices and the contemporary world through a series of informal discussions featuring artists, gallerists, curators, musicians, critics and scholars while inviting audiences to partake in the discussions and share their own thoughts and reflections with the speakers.

ALT ART is organized by the ALT Collective, comprised of nine galleries: Artinformal, Blanc, The Drawing Room, Galleria Duemila, Finale Art File, MO_Space, Underground, Vinyl on Vinyl, and West Gallery. ALT was a deliberate act of authorship; the galleries came together in alignment, a considered decision to shape a format and its space on their own terms. Their intent was to present their programs with clarity and depth, to focus on their artists without compromise. The value of this model is in the quality of attention it affords—to artists, to ideas, and to the experience of art itself.
ALT 2026 is the fourth edition and the most ambitious yet, with over 5,000 square meters exhibition space, double that of the 2024 edition, featuring over 300 artists, highlighted sections and public programs. ALT 2026 is presented in partnership with BDO Private Banking and co-presented by Nagaraya.
ALT ART was established in 2019, when the nine galleries reached a clear understanding that existing formats no longer reflected how they worked, how they thought, or what they wanted to place at the center of contemporary art practice. The collective was less concerned with spectacle and more interested in coherence.
Throughout the editions of ALT ART—2020, 2021, 2024, and 2026—the ALT Collective has kept its distinction: each gallery with a defined position, but together creating a sustained encounter with contemporary Philippine art. Today what continues to matter is the original intent: a platform shaped by shared values, long-term thinking, and a belief that art gains meaning through how it is encountered.
